Abby Spencer graduated in August with a B.S. in Public Health. Now, she's pursuing a career in making genetic counseling more accessible.

A project on congenital heart disease and socioeconomic factors in high school spurred Spencer's interest in public health.

As she applies to graduate programs, she will work as a genetic counseling assistant.
