After graduating from the Master of International Business program in 2015, Benjamin Bowles wanted to make a real impact in his career. Now, he is the market manager of North American Markets for Prysmian Group.
At South Carolina, Bowles earned a double degree—one from the Moore School and the other from the University of Mannheim in Germany. He initially wanted to become a consultant but realized he wanted more.
Prysmian's leadership program offered a three-year rotational program, and participants can choose an international setting for one year. Bowles chose to spend that year in Berlin, the company's European headquarters. His experience with in the MIB program prepared him to work his multicultural team that included German, Polish and Italian and Romanian colleagues.
