Casey Richardson is a 2012 Moore School graduate. Now living in Cape Town, South Africa, she established Freedom in Fragility, a lifestyle brand and blog that encourages mental health, healing and self-love. She also founded Richardson & Co. to help entrepreneurs improve their management processes.
Experiences in both her professional and personal life brought her to South Africa. During her time at Bank of America, Richardson noticed the lack of conversion of black interns to full-time hires. She took initiative to increase the diversity of the Wholesale Credit summer internship class to 48% black and latinx.
Richardson published her book Pain Unseen: The Truths That Lie Beneath My Strength in February 2020, opening up about the pain she'd experienced. And now, she's able to help others.
