Master of Health Administration alumnus leads effort to bring vaccines to rural residents

Jacob Evans is a 2019 graduate of the Master of Health Administration program. Through his position at Prisma Health's Laurens County Hospital, he's helping rural residents receive the COVID-19 vaccine.

The City of Laurens Mayor made a city parks and recreation facility known as The Ridge available for use as a Prisma Health vaccination site, and since February 1, the site has vaccinated more than 10,000 South Carolinians.
